Ft. Irwin NTC

The National Training Center, Ft. Irwin is located in the Western portion of the Mojave Desert. It plays an important role on training the US Army for armed conflict. Ft. Irwin is the caretaker for more than 643,000 acres of California's Mojave Desert.

Ft. Irwin has shown exceptional leadership and innovation in protecting wildlife, conserving resources, and guarding the cultural heritage found within it's boundaries. This website contains GIS Data and environmental studies performed on Ft. Irwin.
